24 February 2009, Cambridge, UK – BioWisdom Ltd (BioWisdom), a market leader in delivering healthcare intelligence to the pharmaceutical industry, today launches version 2 of their KnowledgeScan service.
KnowledgeScan provides comprehensive and independent assessment of a business issue, and version 2 extends to the use of BioWisdom’s powerful intelligence software (SofiaTM, OmniViz©, SRSTM) and its range of new assertional meta-data (AMD) products. KnowledgeScan projects are commonly commissioned for gathering chemical, biological or commercial intelligence relevant to in-licensing activities, drug safety assessment, marketing campaigns or assessment of a competitive landscape.
BTG are the first client to benefit from this improved service. Under the terms of the agreement, BioWisdom performed an independent assessment relating to a drug candidate, entering clinical development.
